By utilizing our website, you are consenting to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. These Terms extend to all transportation services and ancillary offerings arranged through www.icpchauffeur.com, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or standard SMS.
  • To request a quote or initiate a booking via our booking operator, customers are required to furnish complete contact information, including full name, email address, and telephone number.
  • ICP Chauffeur Ltd stipulates a minimum notice period of 4 hours for all online bookings during regular office hours.
  • Should you require a car with less than 4 hours’ notice, please contact our helpline at +44 (0) 2080500518.
  • We reserve the right to utilize subcontracted vehicles.
  • By providing your email address, you authorize ICP Chauffeur Ltd to communicate with you via email, with the assurance that your email will never be shared with any third party.
  • We retain the right to substitute your vehicle or chauffeur, if necessary, at any time.

Safety and Responsibilities

  • ICP Chauffeur Ltd cannot be held liable for delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic congestion, accidents, mechanical failures, severe weather, or natural disasters.
  • Our chauffeurs prioritize safety, adhering to appropriate speeds based on road conditions, traffic flow, and legal limits.
  • We strive to ensure punctuality, making every effort for our vehicles to arrive on schedule.
  • Unless otherwise directed by the customer, our chauffeurs will choose the most suitable route for the journey.
  • Clients are accountable for any damage incurred to the interior or exterior of the hired vehicle and will be billed accordingly for repairs or cleaning.
  • Lost items found in our vehicles will be kept at our office, and we will make every attempt to return them to the owner.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour jeopardizes the safety of others.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles; however, we are willing to make stops for smoke breaks upon request.
  • Transportation of small pets is permitted with prior arrangement.
  • While our vehicles and subcontracted vehicles are insured for passenger and third-party claims, customers’ personal belongings are carried at their own risk, and we are not liable for any loss or damage.

Airport Transfers

  • Our airport transfer service includes one hour of complimentary waiting time from the moment the aircraft lands. Any additional waiting time beyond one hour will be charged at the hourly rate.
  • ICP Chauffeur Ltd monitors all flight schedules to ensure timely pickups.
  • For transfers from the airport, we provide 15 minutes of free waiting time for passengers. Any waiting time exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at the hourly rate.
  • Our transfer package comprises a personalized meet-and-greet service in the arrival hall, complete with a sign bearing the client’s name, and assistance with luggage.
  • Please note that the transfer price does not cover expenses such as paid parking and toll fees.

Luggage Policy

We may decline passengers with excessive luggage. To prevent inconvenience, kindly notify us beforehand to arrange for a larger vehicle.

Lost or Lost and found items

ICP Chauffer Ltd is not responsible for your lost or missing items. When leaving the vehicle please check for your belongings, including mobile phones, wallet, cash, or any other goods. If any of our chauffeurs find your missing items, we are happy to return these items to you, in this case, you will support all the expenses involved, or you can collect the items from the ICP Chauffer Ltd office.

Delays

  • ICP Chauffeur Ltd consistently monitors flight updates.
  • If flight details are not promptly provided to us due to unforeseen circumstances and the chauffeur has already departed from the garage, waiting time charges will apply. Please inform us promptly in the event of significant delays to ensure your vehicle is ready upon your arrival.

Booking transportation services

Thank you for considering ICP Chauffeur Ltd for your travel needs. We are a licensed private hire vehicle operator under TfL regulations, ensuring your safety and comfort. Our chauffeurs are not authorized to accept booking requests. Please note:
  • The contract for all bookings is between the client/passenger and ICP Chauffeur Ltd.
  • We accept payments directly and our chauffeurs do not collect fares.
  • ICP Chauffeur Ltd is solely responsible for both accepting bookings and providing transportation services.
  • Any liability concerning transportation services rests with ICP Chauffeur Ltd.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking based on availability. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you.

Payment terms:

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before any bookings can be confirmed.
  • Payment Methods: ICP Chauffeur Ltd accepts most major Credit or Debit cards, including American Express. BACS transfers must be completed before booking confirmation. Cash payment may be accepted under exceptional circumstances.
  • Transaction Fee: A transaction fee is not included in the Order price.
  • Changes to Bookings: Any modifications to the original booking, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking, or address changes, will incur additional charges.
  • All fees remain consistent regardless of the time of day, holidays, or weekends.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the hire period start: Full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours from the start: 50% of payment non-refundable.
  • Multiple vehicle bookings cancelled within 7 days of hire: No refunds.
  • No-show at pickup point: No refunds.

Data protection & privacy

  • ICP Chauffeur Ltd assures its customers that their data is safeguarded and kept confidential. Any information provided by customers to ICP Chauffeur Ltd during booking via app, online, email, or phone will be handled in compliance with its privacy policy exclusively.
  • ICP Chauffeur Ltd does not retain any credit card information for security reasons.

Fraud detection policy

  • We are committed to detecting and preventing fraudulent activities related to online payments. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if we suspect the involvement of the customer or cardholder in fraudulent activities. Such suspicion may arise from the following actions:
  • Failure to provide essential itinerary information such as full pick-up and destination addresses, passenger name, contact number, or other required details. • Disputed payment claims by the cardholder alleging fraud.
  • Previous instances of fraudulent activity or chargebacks associated with the customer or cardholder.
  • Provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or suspicious information during the booking process.

Close protection & chauffeur close protection

Any operatives sent by ICP Chauffeur Ltd to provide pedestrian, static, or driving close protection services are fully licensed by SIA for this security sector and will have Public Liability Insurance. The client’s statutory rights remain unaffected by anything stated in these Terms & Conditions.
